So recently we designed/created a logo for Claire Roberts’ new company, “August Anthology”. Claire created August Anthology to give others the avenue to tell the untold stories of relatives and friends by talking with them and using those responses to create a book!
You can check out her site here. We knew Claire and Russell from church, so we were more than delighted when we were asked to photograph her 30th birthday celebration! The adorable party, styled by Claire’s good friend, Kim Williamson, was simply amazing, with a clever theme and all…complete with candy cigarettes, vintage cars, roulette tables, and a beautiful (and delicious) cake! All the guests came dressed to the 9’s in 1920’s attire, which made for some darling photo booth pics!
We had such a great time and I hope Claire had a perfect 30th birthday!

We met Mimi a while back at the Unveiled Bridal Show earlier this year…and ever since we did her engagements,we’ve been looking forward to this wedding because these two are just so stinking cute! The ceremony was held at Perkins Chapel on SMU’s campus and couldn’t have been more perfect. The wedding was as beautiful as we expected and Mimi looked absolutely stunning! We had so much fun at the wedding and wish Mimi and Tony all the best in their new life together!

These are very much long overdue, but worth the wait…we promise! We’d like to present the newest and most delicate member of our family…Ms. Irelynn Rae!
We were so blessed and lucky to have visited our sister, London, and her husband, Cole, in Phoenix the same weekend that she gave birth to this sweet bundle of joy. There was only a 4 day window before we had to fly back to Dallas, so this happened so perfectly.
Congratulations to our wonderful sister and brother-in-law…who are now proud parents of a healthy and gorgeous baby girl!

One of our dearest friends, Ashton, became engaged a few weeks ago when her fiance, Daniel, proposed…by playing her a song he had written just for her and the particular moment! Our principal photographer, Aubrey, had the privilege of capturing this special moment by hiding in a closet to secretly snap pictures of this perfect moment! Congratulations you two…can’t wait for the wedding!

Ok…so a while back we posted about our 1940’s / Pearl Harbor themed shoot that we did with EE-Photography and Events by Shelbi Rene. We promised more pictures…so here they are! We wanted to show more pictures of products that we provided for the shoot because we just are in love with the way the signs and paper products turned out. We couldn’t be more happy with this shoot. Erin & Shelbi are both so talented and we thought it was a great team effort! It is a joy to work with them and we can’t wait to do it again!

A huge congratulations to Steve and Rene, our aunt and uncle, who just reached and celebrated a monumental milestone, their 30th anniversary! Their oldest daughter, Shelbi (Events by Shelbi Rene), coordinated, planned, set up, and executed a fantastic party. We couldn’t help but to volunteer to photograph the event! This was a great opportunity for Shelbi to use one of our new chalkboard signs and certainly was a great addition to the rest of the decor! Take a peak below for pictures of the beautiful outdoor setup!

We got a great opportunity to be a part of an amazing group of vendors who got together and planned/designed a mock wedding. The following pictures are just a snippet of what can be accomplished when we all work together. We got to work with Aunt Rene and our cousin Shelbi (who showed off their amazing talent as wedding planners). The weather was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for better colors in the leaves. One of our favorite photographers, Erin Woosley (who did Chandra’s wedding photography), was the event photographer! Obviously there is a reason we love her so much!
It is so much fun getting to work with family and friends. We sometimes can’t believe we call this “work”! 🙂 We were more than ecstatic about this shoot and even more excited about being able to show off our newest template, “Emmaline”! Emmaline Joy is elegant, earthy, and just so cute! We will be posting more pictures of the template and will also be introducing five more…so keep checking back!
We made individual s’mores kits so that guests would have everything they need to create the perfect treat. They were a lot of fun to make…but honestly…much more fun to eat! 🙂
